Backpacks
Free lifetime repairsLook after your pack and it will look after you for a seriously long time. Every backpack comes with free lifetime repairs for defects in workmanship or materials. If a repair isn't possible, we'll replace it with an equivalent backpack.
The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect or improper care, and we'll assess each case. Postage to us isn't refundable. Backpacks bought before 15 October 2026 keep the terms they were sold with.

12 month warrantyOur apparel comes with a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear isn't covered, but if you love it too much to let it go, our repairs workshop can help.

Products that last become part of the adventure. And sometimes adventures leave a mark: the dog got to it, you came off your bike, that barbed fence was higher than it looked. We get it.
We'd much rather breathe new life into an old backpack than see it thrown away, so our makers can repair it for a fair price. Tell us what's happened and we'll get back to you with a quote.

Our waxed cotton backpacks are built to be used every day for years. Every pack is handmade to order in Britain with stainless steel hardware, natural undyed leather and strong waxed organic cotton from Halley Stevensons, which the owner can look after and re-proof again and again. If your backpack ever has a fault, make a warranty claim and we will sort it out. For general wear and tear, our repair workshop can take a look.
