We will repair your backpack for any material or workmanship defects free of charge. This does not cover normal wear-and-tear and tough love, but we offer a repair service at a fair price – to get you back on the trail.

Designer's notes

Handmade in Britain

Manufacturing in Britain is expensive, but we believe in supporting local makers and craftspersons. That's why each of our packs is cut and sewn from start to finish in the UK. Every bag is then hand signed by its maker.

Weatherproof waxed organic cotton

Our custom Halley Stevenson’s waxed organic cotton is highly weatherproof, to keep your gear nice and dry on those rainy days. The Fluorocarbon-free dry impregnated waxed finish doesn’t crack or transfer onto other surfaces either, but it ages beautifully.

The straps, grab handle and buckle loops are all made from durable chunky cotton webbing – woven and dyed in the UK.

Stash pocket

Covert stash pocket with waxed organic cotton internal sleeves, perfect for keeping your valuables close yet accessible. Finished with a neat storm flap and hardy Japanese-made YKK zip.

Custom stainless steel buckles

Our 316 military grade custom stainless steel buckles are laser cut and polished in steel city Sheffield. Hardy, and corrosion resistant.

Profile side pockets

Perfect for water bottles and other non-valuables. The profiled design means they sit flush with the side of the bag when empty. No saggy pockets here.

Recycled wool padding

Most backpacks use foam padding made from petrochemicals, but our padding is made from recycled wool-rich carpet fibres from a premium carpet manufacturer in Yorkshire. Comfy, natural, sustainable.
