- Hand wash only in cold water, with minimal detergent.
- Leave to dry naturally, away from direct heat.
- Reproof every 12-18 months using a transparent fluorocarbon-free (FCF) proofing spray or wax.

We will repair your backpack for any material or workmanship defects free of charge. This does not cover normal wear-and-tear and tough love, but we offer a repair service at a fair price – to get you back on the trail.

I spent a few looking into high quality British-made backpacks, but none of them quite ticked the box until I stumbled upon this one by The Level Collective. I’ve had the Winnats Roll Top bag for a couple of weeks now, and used it pretty much every day (commuting, a weekend hike, and use as a swimming/gym bag). Beautifully made
I have to say that the backpack was beautifully made and very much appreciated by a very delighted 26 year old who acted like a small child on Christmas morning. She has been using it on a daily basis for work, she is an assistant ecologist, so there are lots of walks and outdoor activities there. It copes with everything that she stuffs in it and I am very sure that it will stand the test of time wonderfully.

Our custom Halley Stevenson’s waxed organic cotton is highly weatherproof, to keep your gear nice and dry on those rainy days. The Fluorocarbon-free dry impregnated waxed finish doesn’t crack or transfer onto other surfaces either, but it ages beautifully.

Our durable, natural, untanned leather buckle loops and grab handle begin as a russet colour, but soon age beautifully to a rich tan patina. We use Spanish leather – a chromium-free and fully biodegradable and sustainable by-product of the food industry – that we then hand cut in Derbyshire.
